This document provides a detailed information on the components of the PLSPRISMA aseptic packaging material and also on the dimensions which vital for the forming and filling of the packages.
The values mentioned in this specification sheet are target values and may vary during the industrial production processes conditions within the tolerance limits that are acceptable for the purpose of the package.

Layer 1: Outside PE for protection polyethylene against moisture and external liquid agents.
Layer 2: Printing Inks
Layer 3: Paperboard to ensure printing and package stiffness
Layer 4: Lamination PE to allow adhesion between paperboard and aluminium foil.
Layer 5: Aluminium foil to provide a barrier against light and oxygen barrier.
Layer 6: Tie layer between the aluminium foil and inside polyethylene layer
Layer 7: Inside PE to seal the liquid in the packaging.
